Competenze

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of administrative experience in a hospital or HR environment is preferred.
• PHRca (Professional in Human Resources – California) preferred.
• aPHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources) preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate onboarding scheduling, paperwork tracking, and new hire documentation.
• Prepare facility badges and maintain HR records.
• Assist with HR interviews, meetings, events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate HR training sessions and seminars.
• Update staff records and assist with performance reviews.
• Generate HR communications and support payroll staff as needed.
• Assist with separations and processing of manual checks.

Formazione
