Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Operations Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced recruiting team in Tempe, AZ. This contract role is onsite four days a week on a 4x10 schedule, focusing on coordinating interviews, travel logistics, and candidate communications to create a strong first impression of the company.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain candidate records, track activity, and help improve the candidate experience in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers, arranging travel when needed.
• Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires.
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report.
• Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
• Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Assisting in coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
