Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Admin for a temporary role at a local mill. The position includes processing new hire paperwork, screenings, and coordinating orientations, with potential to become long-term.

Industrial setting experience is a plus, and HRIS familiarity is preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with HRIS preferred; industrial setting a plus.
• Excellent customer service and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire paperwork.
• Process terminations and updating the system.
• Call candidates and perform initial screening with documentation.
• Assist with background checks and drug screens.
• Manage job postings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate new hire orientations.
• HRIS system maintenance.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
