Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an HR / Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist for Tri-Cities area. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration with a Monday–Friday schedule at $25/hr+ depending on experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain recruitment records. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with ADP experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• ADP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a positive, seamless experience for new hires.
• Prepare employment documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as a trusted resource for new employees during transition.
• Monitor onboarding progress and support engagement and retention.
• Maintain employee records with confidentiality.
• Assist HR programs, compliance initiatives, and employee relations matters.
• Support various HR projects and operational needs.
