Job summary

Hope Human Services, LLC in Vancouver, WA seeks an experienced HR Recruiter to screen applicants, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers. The role requires enthusiasm, ability to handle a high volume of applicants daily, and familiarity with HR software and data tracking tools.

Cross-training includes onboarding, benefits enrollments, record-keeping, and maintaining HRIS data. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
• In-depth understanding of recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, patience, and timely response to all requests.
• Embrace the diversity of our work force and community and treat others with respect without prejudice and bias.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication that is clear and well-organized.
• Computer literate; skilled in automated HR information systems, MS Word/Excel, and e-mail.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and manage workload and special projects.
• Able to pass a criminal background check with the State of Washington and maintain clearance during tenure of employment
• Valid Washington State driver's license

Responsibilities

• Recruiting by screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting managers with interview process.
• Cross training to onboarding, benefits enrollments, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
• Contribute to attainment of recruiting goals and overall HR department results.
