Job summary

Hopelink in Redmond, WA is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter for a 5+ month temp role with benefits. The position is hybrid with some onsite days and flexible scheduling, paying $31/hour.

The recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for call center roles, build diverse candidate pools, and support onboarding. The ideal candidate brings HR/recruiting experience, strong organization, and knowledge of employment law to ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR and/or recruiting experience for call center roles.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting diverse candidate pools.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of employment law and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment with hiring managers.
• Collaborate on recruiting strategy, posting, interview scheduling, and other processes.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies for recurring call center roles.
• Provide excellent candidate experience and respond to inquiries.
• Screen applications in the ATS and manage documents.
• Travel to Redmond/Bellevue sites for recruiting tasks.
