Job summary

Rai Pvt Ltd is offering an HR & Recruitment Intern position with remote work from India for a duration of 2 to 6 months. You will join the HR & Talent Acquisition team to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and corporate hiring projects.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. This internship also includes onboarding support and engagement activities, with a performance-based stipend

• Students & freshers from any discipline (HR, Management, Commerce).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
