Mains’l is hiring an HR Recruiter to support recruitment for Mains’l Services and Mains’l Solutions, covering Twin Cities, Rochester, and St. Cloud.

You will manage multiple openings, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with HR and leadership to match top talent with roles in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid position offers opportunities for growth in a compassionate missions-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience working in human services (1+ years preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Human Services is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including phone and in person.
• Knowledge of related state and federal employment laws (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruitment openings from start to finish.
• Source, attract, and engage candidates through postings, outreach, and events.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR to identify strong candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain community partnerships through outreach events and career fairs.
• Collaborate across departments to promote opportunities and align with company values.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with strong communication and follow-up.
