Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Recruit for hourly and salaried roles across multiple units.
• Source via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Travel between facilities to support hiring events.
