Mains'l is seeking a Full-time HR Recruiter to support recruitment for both Mains’l Services and Mains’l Solutions. You will manage multiple openings, source candidates, and partner with leaders to match candidates to roles across the Twin Cities, Rochester, and St. Cloud.

The role is hybrid with time in the office and in the community several times a week. Local travel for recruiting events and outreach is expected.

Formación

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience working in human services (1+ years preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Human Services is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence communicating by phone and in person.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of related state and federal employment laws (preferred).
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and pivot as hiring needs change.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring leaders, HR, and other internal partners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple recruitment openings from start to finish, prioritizing hiring needs and tracking progress.
• Source, attract, and engage candidates through job postings, resume/application review, proactive outreach, phone screening, community networking, career fairs, colleges, workforce centers, and other recruitment strategies.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR to identify strong candidates, coordinate discovery conversations, provide follow-up throughout the hiring process, and support effective candidate-to-position matching.
• Build and maintain community partnerships by representing the company at outreach events, career fairs, conferences, and other community opportunities while developing relationships with organizations and employment partners.
• Collaborate across departments including HR, Services, Marketing, and People Supported to promote employment opportunities and strengthen recruitment strategies.
• Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience through strong communication, consistent follow-up, listening, teamwork, and collaboration with leaders and team members.
