Job summary

HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a results-driven Hybrid Recruiter to support recruitment across multiple HHS units and facilities, traveling between locations to staff both hourly and salaried positions.

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment, using Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines and coordinate interviews, with a strong focus on candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience preferred.
• Experience conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel between facilities and support local recruiting needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
• Recruit for hourly and salaried positions across multiple units and facilities.
• Partner with facility leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and job boards.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Attend hiring events and facility recruitment activities.
• Travel between HHS facilities to support local recruitment efforts.
• Build relationships with leadership, candidates, and community partners.
