MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Missouri. The role supports mission-driven hiring with a focus on attracting, selecting, and retaining talent.

The HR Recruiter will collaborate with leadership, manage job postings, interview candidates, and help track KPIs like time-to-hire. Opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse population.
• Experience in direct recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to assess hiring needs and develop strategic plans to attract, hire, and retain talent.
• Create and publish employment opportunities, interview candidates, and seek out new community hiring relationships.
• Assist the VP of Recruiting and Compliance and Recruiting Supervisor in establishing and tracking KPIs, including time-to-hire and fulfillment rates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and progress toward hiring goals to ensure timely and adequate staffing.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.
• Support employer branding and maintain a positive online presence on platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
• Organize and participate in hiring events and job fairs as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
