The role involves candidate outreach, posting updates in ADP, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with HR managers across facilities. The position requires cross-functional coordination, base pass requests, uniform distribution, and strong HR support skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR and at least 1 year in recruitment.
• Familiarity with ADP and Pay Clock payroll systems.
• Strong communication with managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Spanish or ASL proficiency preferred.
• Proactive team player capable of multitasking in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Outreach: Contact candidates by phone, coordinate interviews, and assist in interview processes with HR and facility managers.
• Recruitment Management: Maintain accurate job postings in ADP, update job descriptions, and collaborate with the social media team to promote open positions.
• Facility Coordination: Work with 3+ managers across dining facilities to track open and filled positions.
• Base Pass Requests: Submit base pass requests to the government for new hires and current employees.
• Uniform Issuance: Distribute uniforms to new hires and assist during short-staff periods.
• HR Support: Assist employees with direct deposits, W-4s, uniform distribution, complaints, and other HR inquiries.
• Data & System Management: Enter new hires in payroll and clock systems; verify start dates via E-Verify.
• Orientation & Compliance: Conduct new hire orientation and ensure proper documentation via Adobe software.
• Administrative Duties: Manage uniforms, name badges, and recruitment office supplies; maintain employee profiles.
• Record Keeping: Use Excel to track job orders and hiring progress.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with the HR Manager and assist in full-circle HR duties.
