Job summary

Direct Ortho Care is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment in a healthcare environment. You will post roles, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while maintaining accurate records in the ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to interviewing and offer.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain candidate records and job postings in the ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Improve recruiting processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support new hire file setup and HR team coordination.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, providing timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain accurate, current candidate records and job postings in the ADP applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, establish hiring priorities, and move candidates through the selection process.
• Identify and resolve challenges that may delay interviews or hiring decisions.
• Improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of new hire personnel files.
• Collaborate with the HR team and maintain a positive, adaptable approach in a changing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

• At least one year of recruiting experience. Healthcare recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of recruiting practices and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience in ADP Workforce Now Preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and candidate databases.
