Blackburn's Physicians Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking a motivated Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist to join our HR team in a full-time role with a Monday-Friday daylight schedule.

This position blends recruiting with hands-on exposure to employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits, performance management, HR systems, and the broader employee lifecycle. You will recruit, interview, onboard, and partner with managers while growing your HR knowledge and taking on greater responsibility over

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities for assigned positions from job posting through candidate selection.
• Create and maintain engaging job advertisements that accurately represent the position and help Blackburn's attract qualified applicants.
• Review resumes and applications and identify candidates whose experience and skills align with position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other resources.
• Assist with employment offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding transitions.
• Support new-hire onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee and applicant information in HR systems.
• Assist employees and managers with routine HR questions and escalate when needed.
• Support HR activities including employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance.
• Assist with HR reporting, recordkeeping, audits, and regulatory documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure HR practices are applied professionally, consistently, and confidentially.
