Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across Knoxville-based operations.

You will manage postings, candidate screening, background checks, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and company policies. The role emphasizes training, investigations, and leave administration with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws.
• Professional communication with employees and management.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to solve problems independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and oversight in recruitment, hiring, retention, discipline, evaluation, and employee relations.
• Support recruitment functions: posting, screening, presenting candidates, offers and reference checks.
• Assist with pre-hire and post-hire background checks and credential verifications.
• Support onboarding and hiring processes, including paperwork and file maintenance.
• Gather and maintain documents for credentialing and compliance.
• Provide data entry and admin support for the division.
• Conduct orientation and training as needed.
• Develop tracking for post-hire training, background checks, and performance reviews.
• Train supervisors on evaluation processes and corrective actions.
• Lead workplace investigations as needed and interpret company policies.
• Coordinate leave administration and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Inform location reps about workers' comp processes and return-to-work status.
• Maintain positive employee relations and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
