Job summary

MDR Pharmacy is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This full-time, non-exempt role supports employees and supervisors across the organization, handling routine HR processes and escalating complex matters as experience grows.

You will gain exposure to employee relations, leave administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and HR operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience across functions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and supervisors across the organization.
• Independently manage routine HR processes and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Assist with employee relations, documentation, performance counseling, and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate recruitment, postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Assist with leaves administration, workers' compensation, benefits questions, and HR records maintenance.
