Blackburn's Physicians Pharmacy, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and compliance. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will manage employee records, HR transactions in Paycom, and partner with managers to drive a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR metrics.
• Experience using Paycom or similar HRIS; Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles in a healthcare setting.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and new-hire documentation.
• Support benefits, leave management, and HR transactions in Paycom.
• Maintain employee records, generate HR reports, and analyze metrics.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and policy compliance.
• Help improve HR processes, forms, and training programs.
