Qualifications

• Two years of human resources experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team of HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA and related leave rules.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Capable of delivering and coordinating training programs.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FMLA administration and supervisor training regionally.
• Manage HR reporting, data management, and compliance tasks.
• Supervise a small HR support team and provide coaching.
• Coordinate Shared Leave processes and related reporting.
• Travel to facilities to deliver trainings and engage with staff.
• Oversee daily operational functions within the Office of Human Resources.
