We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of HR Program Analyst, HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Management, or People Analytics experience. In addition, candidates must have experience supporting enterprise-wide performance management or talent review cycles; strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and HR reporting; and experience working with HR systems (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
The HR Program Analyst is a mid-level HR operations and analytics role responsible for supporting the organization’s annual performance management process, with a primary focus on the year-end (Q4) performance cycle. The analyst will coordinate enterprise-wide performance activities, analyze performance data and rating trends, build dashboards and reports, support HR technology and reporting tools, and partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide actionable insights for leadership. The role also focuses on improving performance management processes, documentation, reporting capabilities, and stakeholder communications while ensuring smooth execution of a high-visibility annual HR initiative.
