Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced HRIS Programmer Analyst in Sunnyvale, CA. This role will focus on supporting and managing HRIS and payroll applications, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and experience with Highline Personality/eP, Crystal reports, and Oracle BI. The ideal candidate should also possess strong communication skills and be comfortable documenting processes for efficient production turnover. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll calendars and functions in the HRIS system.
• Document processes for turnover to production teams.

We are looking for HRIS Programmer Analyst / Support Analyst.

Job location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Programmer Analyst/Support Analyst experience working with Highline Personality/ePersonality (eP)/NextGen HRIS & Payroll application ‑ both front ‑ end and backend.
• Experience working with HR analysts and technicians in defining/evaluating and establishing application configuration for eP.
• Experience working with payroll manager and payroll staff in defining/evaluating and establishing application configuration for eP.
• Experience defining/evaluating and establishing application configuration for eP’s ESS.
• Experience managing, maintaining and debugging GL interface from eP payroll.
• Experience managing, maintaining and overseeing payroll calendars and other scheduled functions in eP.
• Experience in Crystal reports and Oracle BI discoverer.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Additional Skills/Experience

• Programmer Analyst/Support Analyst experience working with Performance Series G/L accounting system.
• Familiar with Unix environment and programming language (i.e. COBOL).
• Experience working with accountants to manage day ‑ to ‑ day work.
• Ability to learn “How to publish Accounting reports on Unix server”.
• Understanding of Performance Series data table structure and ability to pull open documents (open requisitions, open orders and open invoices, etc.).
• Programmer Analyst/Support Analyst experience working with Questica budgeting system.
• Experience working with Questica budgeting system – development environment.
• Experience working on interface development between finance/HR system and Questica system.
• Experience working with finance department analysts in managing the day ‑ to ‑ day support of Questica system.
• Can learn and pick up new technology to support systems beside Payroll/HR and Performance Series.
• Experience with a public sector agency.
