Job summary

System One is seeking a mid-level HR Program Analyst in Vienna, VA, to support the annual performance management process during the year-end cycle. The role focuses on data analysis, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs and COEs.

You will work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite) and support HR technology, reporting tools, and enterprise-wide initiatives while driving improvements to processes and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR Program Analyst, HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Management, or People Analytics experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide performance management or talent review cycles; strong Excel/BI reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise-wide performance activities for the year-end cycle.
• Analyze performance data and rating trends; build dashboards and HR reports.
• Support HR technology and reporting tools; partner with HRBPs and COEs.
• Improve performance management processes, documentation, reporting capabilities, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide administrative support related to HR project activities and documentation.
