Boise State University seeks an HR Processor to perform specialized human resource and administrative support work that promotes accurate, timely, and compliant HR services and records. You will serve as a trusted first point of contact for HR-related questions and needs, handling inquiries via the ServiceNow ticketing system and in-person interactions.
The role supports the HR Processing team, maintains confidential employee records, ensures pay accuracy, and collaborates across campus to meet
Perform specialized human resource and administrative support work that promotes accurate, timely, and compliant human resource services and records; provide responsive customer service to employees and campus partners; and perform related work.
This position may have the opportunity to work a hybrid work schedule (where a mix of in-person work from a Boise State worksite and an alternative work location within the state of Idaho is utilized) after an agreed-upon probationary/training period. Candidates must be able to work on-site as needed.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $20.28/hr, consistent with the established pay grade. Starting Compensation above the minimum may be considered based on the selected candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related factors (in accordance with the University's compensation practices).
