Job summary

TiTANS Consulting in the United States is looking for an HR Process Analyst to enhance and optimize HR processes. The role involves closely collaborating with the HR Process Manager, ensuring processes are clear and efficient, and supporting in the definition and improvement of KPIs.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in process management and must be fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of SAP HR or SuccessFactors is also beneficial.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 for all three languages).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, modelling, or reengineering.
• Trained BPMN and change management professional.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR Process Manager to enhance service quality.
• Optimize processes with a focus on applications and data impact.
• Ensure clarity and simplicity of processes.
• Define and improve KPIs.
• Support Process Owners during audits and implement recommendations.
• Ensure consistent application of processes across all entities.
