Job summary

RealtySouth is seeking an HR Transformation Consultant to act as an internal consultant and change leader, driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across HR. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, IT, and business leaders to define needs, develop solutions, manage projects, and implement organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, project management, process improvement or organizational change.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior leadership.
• Experience in a shared services or matrixed environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, service delivery, technology utilization, compliance and employee experience.
• Lead small to medium projects affecting HR operations, systems, policies and service delivery.
• Develop change management strategies and adoption plans for employees, managers and leaders.
• Create training materials and readiness activities for process and tool changes.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to build readiness and drive adoption of new processes.
