RS&H is seeking a Senior HR Business Analyst to shape how HR data, processes, and systems support business outcomes. You will translate business needs into actionable insights and guide technology enhancements for organizational success.

The role partners with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives, improve HR processes, and deliver measurable impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR analytics and HRIS implementations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform.
• Ability to define requirements and support UAT for HR technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR process improvement initiatives with defined scope and success metrics.
• Review and approve HR process documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure data-informed process changes aligned with strategy.
• Define HR reporting requirements and KPIs with leadership.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Deliver actionable insights to HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Gather requirements for HR systems and technology changes.
• Support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to drive project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and approvals across HR initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Support compensation analysis and organizational design efforts.
