Qualifications

• 10 years of related HR leadership experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 7 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
• 5 years or more of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR technology strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and maintain governance models, standards, and decision frameworks.
• Partner with IT and enterprise stakeholders to align HR technology solutions.
