• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, service delivery, technology utilization, compliance, and employee experience.
• Lead process improvement initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and sustainable adoption.
• Analyze current-state processes and design practical solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to gather requirements and build consensus.
