Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and HR tasks for new hires.
• Input and batch invoices; process weekly payroll with a 3rd party vendor.
• Transfer data to QuickBooks and prepare reports for team members.
• Handle garnishments, wage reports, and exit paperwork.
• Provide friendly phone CSR support and assist office duties.
• Schedule service calls and route messages to appropriate people.
