Job summary

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to handle calls, book service appointments, and dispatch technicians. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure accurate data entry into our scheduling system.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in a service environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum one year of office/phone experience.
• Strong attention to detail with data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Enter call details accurately into Service Titan.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Prioritize and coordinate scheduling of services based on customer requirements.
• Dispatch technicians to job locations efficiently.
• Communicate with field technicians regarding job details and customer needs.
• Close out completed jobs using information provided by technicians.
• Coordinate any schedule delays with customers and technicians.
• Perform additional duties to support the team and meet customer needs.
• Make customer follow-up calls.
