Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Prepare and process monthly employee commissions.
• File payroll tax filings and related reports.
• Administer 401(k) activity and submissions.
• Prepare and maintain commission worksheets.
• Administer employee benefits and related paperwork.
• Coordinate onboarding and employment documentation for new hires
• Process terminations and related paperwork.
• Maintain confidential employee records.
• Ensure compliance with policies and payroll requirements.
• Assist with additional HR and admin duties as needed.
