Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review timecards and prepare weekly payrolls for multiple states.
• Maintain knowledge of multi-state payroll requirements and tax setup.
• Process garnishments and communicate with outside sources as needed.
• Maintain confidential payroll files and accurate fringe information.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and multi-worksite reporting.
• Provide professional, confidential service to employees and managers.
