Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an HR & Payroll Operations Support to assist payroll processing, benefits administration, HR documentation, and HRIS maintenance. You will report to the Payroll Manager and collaborate with HR Operations to ensure accurate and timely employee information and payroll activities.

Onsite at our Indianapolis location, the role emphasizes confidentiality, compliance, and efficient process management within a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in human resources, payroll, benefits, HR operations, or related admin role preferred.
• Experience with payroll and/or HRIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing and timekeeping review.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and recordkeeping.
• Support Form I-9, E-Verify, onboarding documentation, and related compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS, payroll, benefits, and systems.
• Prepare and distribute HR and payroll correspondence and reports.
• Provide cross-training and backup coverage across HR and Payroll Operations.
