Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our Wyoming, Montana and Rapid City operations. You will manage benefits, payroll review, and regulatory reporting for ~170 employees, while upholding confidentiality and compliance across multiple states.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR, 3+ years’ HR experience, and familiarity with HRIS/PAYROLL platforms such as UKG Ready and QuickBooks. A proactive, detail‑oriented team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required.
• 3+ years HR experience in a mid-sized company.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and confidential handling.

Responsibilities

• Support HR by handling benefit enrollments and payroll review.
• Assist with insurance audits and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain confidential employee data and HR records.
• Lead annual benefit enrollments and census management.
• Coordinate W-2/W-3 and 1095/1094 processes.
• Interact with state agencies on unemployment and compliance.
