Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking an HR & Payroll Operations Support to assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, HR documentation, and HRIS maintenance. This onsite role reports to the Payroll Manager and collaborates with HR Operations on compliance and processes.

Responsibilities include processing payroll, benefits changes, I-9/E-Verify, onboarding docs, and maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in HR, payroll, benefits, or related admin function preferred.
• Experience with payroll and/or HRIS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and recordkeeping.
• Support Form I-9 and E-Verify administration and on-boarding docs.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Prepare HR and payroll correspondence, forms, and reports.
• Provide cross-training and backup support across HR & Payroll Ops.
