Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Idaho is seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to manage semi-monthly payroll for about 700 employees across WA, ID, CA, and OR.

You will audit hours, deductions, and taxes, ensure federal, state, and local compliance, and collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate semi-monthly payroll for approximately 700 employees across multiple states (WA, ID, CA, and OR) and legal entities.
• Audit payroll data including hours worked, commissions, bonuses, deductions, taxes, garnishments, PTO balances, and benefit deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations to support payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows, reporting, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Draft, distribute, and maintain clear, professional, and timely written communications to team members and leaders across multiple locations.
