Qualifications

• Extensive HR management and payroll processing experience with HRIS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using HRIS systems.
• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment and compliance.
• Coordinate talent acquisition, interviews, ATS management.
• Facilitate onboarding and training programs.
• Administer performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with employment laws.
• Handle confidential data and accurate HR data entry.
