Formación

• Minimum 2-4 years of payroll experience preferred.
• Experience in construction payroll or high-volume payroll is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly payroll for hourly and field employees.
• Review and validate employee timecards and payroll adjustments.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries confidentially.

Conocimientos

Solid understanding of federal and state wage and hour laws

Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping platforms

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Educación

High School diploma or equivalent

Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designation
