You will manage multi-state payroll, reports, and audits, while leading a small team and partnering with leadership to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR/Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years HR/payroll with multi-state payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle payroll including bonuses, deductions, and multi-state filings.
• Maintain payroll records, timecards, wage codes, and reports.
• Support month-end/year-end close, audits, and W-2 processing.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, and HRIS data.
• Advise managers on performance and employee relations; supervise staff.
