Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidentiality and organizational skills are essential.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and may be location dependent.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports, and develops a team of HR and payroll staff
• Provides guidance on safety activities and practices
• Directs site recruiting, onboarding, and retention programs
• Advises leadership on HR policies and non-routine situations
• Educates production employees on HR programs and policies
• Ensures compliance with employment laws
• Oversees time and attendance tracking for payroll
• Manages leaves and workers' compensation program
• Oversees production facility training and development programs
