Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods in Memphis seeks an HR professional to coordinate human resources and payroll activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role supports benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years HR experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong HRIS skills. English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus and occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong PC skills with HRIS experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a growing manufacturing company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate benefits administration and payroll processes.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation oversight.
• Provide employee relations support and coverage for HR roles.
• Inform employees and managers about benefits and leaves.
• Assist with recruiting and applicant screening; aid interviews.
• Handle unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
• Prepare I-9 forms and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate enrollment and communications for open enrollment.
• Support HR audits and ongoing recordkeeping.
