Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR/Payroll Manager or related role.
• Working knowledge of traditional human resources practices.
• Ability to travel to airport restaurant locations.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred (certification sponsorship available upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for team member relations.
• Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing.
• Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
• Create annual team member engagement survey and analyze results.
• Develop and produce HR and payroll-related reports.
