Alliance Health & Human Services is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Danville, VA. The role reports to the VP of Operations and covers recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, payroll, and HR data management across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in HR/payroll, experience with Paychex or HRIS, and proficiency in Excel and Office 365. In-person, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of progressive work experience in human resources and payroll operations.
• Experience with Paychex or other HRIS and payroll systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicant tracking and support recruitment efforts.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer benefit plans and leaves, process payroll, and maintain HR data in systems.
• Support policy development and employee relations efforts.
