Saber Healthcare Group in Danville, VA is seeking a dedicated HR/Payroll Administrator to support payroll and staffing needs in a full-time capacity. You will administer payroll, benefits coordination, and ensure adherence to applicable laws and facility policies.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention, maintain HRIS records, and collaborate with leadership to deliver reliable, compassionate service to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have two years' experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations in nursing care facilities (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, workers' compensation & unemployment).
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform HR/payroll functions in accordance with regulations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.
