Job summary

Denver Cold Storage, Inc. is recruiting an HR & Payroll Coordinator to support payroll processing and daily HR administration for the Denver Cold family of companies, reporting to the Director of HR.

The role manages employee data, onboarding, and payroll processing in Paycor, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, preparing HR communications, and coordinating onboarding tasks, with collaboration across departments to support a positive workplace

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR/payroll/administrative experience preferred.
• Demonstrated accuracy and ability to meet payroll deadlines.
• Strong confidentiality and data handling skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (Paycor preferred).
• Clear communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee files, HRIS records, and status changes.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and routine communications.
• Answer HR-related questions from employees and coordinate onboarding.
• Process weekly payroll for both companies and audit payroll data.
• Support events, communications, and culture initiatives as needed.
