Job summary

Paylocity experience is preferred but not required; the position involves confidential handling of employee files and collaboration across locations, with a comprehensive benefits package. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, onsite.

• Maintains confidentiality with employee files and records.
• Performs payroll backup tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of personnel transactions and government reporting.
• Orders background checks and manages onboarding for each location.
• Assists employees with the onboarding process.
• Manages employee files with confidentiality.
• Trains and serves as payroll backup.
