Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a full-time HR team member to manage personnel records, government reporting, onboarding, and payroll backup. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality in handling employee files.

Excellent Excel skills are required; Paylocity experience is preferred but not required. The role includes background checks, entering new hires into Paylocity, onboarding coordination for each location, and payroll backup support.

Aufgaben

• Maintain personnel transaction records (hires, promotions, transfers, reviews, terminations) and employee statistics for government reporting.
• Manage government reporting including EDD claims and DHS inquiries.
• Order background checks and enter new hires into Paylocity; coordinate onboarding for each location.
• Assist employees with onboarding and maintain confidential employee files.
• Provide payroll backup support.
