Paylocity experience is preferred but not required; the position involves confidential handling of employee files and collaboration across locations, with a comprehensive benefits package. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, onsite.

We are looking to add a full time team member to the HR Team. This position is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Maintains records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting. Will also be responsible for all government reporting, including EDD claims, inquiries from Department of Human Services (state and federal).

Orders background checks, enters new hires into Paylocity, follows up with Onboarding for each location. Assists employee with the Onboarding process. Manages employee files with the utmost confidentiality.

Train and become Payroll backup

Must have excellent Excel skills, Paylocity experience preferred but not required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
