Alexander Dennis in Las Vegas is seeking a People Services Specialist to partner with employees and management on recruitment, HR policies, and performance improvement. You will manage interviews, new hires, and data in HRIS, while supporting safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in related HR field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years HR experience focusing on recruitment, employee relations, safety.
• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and labor laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.
• Experience with ADP or similar HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer recruitment and selection processes including postings, interviews, reference checks, and offers.
• Maintain recruitment databases and track tasks/statistics.
• Update HRIS and benefits data for new hires, changes, and terminations.
• Support safety initiatives and workplace investigations as needed.
• Plan and conduct employee meetings, orientations, and engagement events.
