Job summary

EMPLOYERS in Henderson, NV is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide consultative HR support to designated departments and leaders. The role emphasizes employee relations, performance management, talent development, and policy guidance in a compliance-focused environment.

The position is in-office full time and reports to the HR Manager. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HR, knowledge of multi-state laws, and certifications (PHR/SHRM-CP preferred).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR with consultative/generalist experience supporting leadership
• Knowledge of multi-state employment laws including ADA, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation
• Experience handling employee relations with discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to leaders on policies and compliance to ensure consistency and mitigate risk
• Partner with Legal and HR teams on investigations and employee relations matters
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development efforts
• Monitor HR metrics and employee engagement surveys to drive improvements
• Assist with policy development and maintenance of the employee handbook
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation on internal moves and promotions
